As part of our ongoing focus on account security, TixTrack Pro is introducing new password requirements effective September 21, 2026. Passwords will need to be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. If you haven't updated your password by then, you'll be asked to create a new one the next time you log in.
